The 1st Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment mini guidon is custom framed with a pair of 1st Ranger Battalion shoulder sleeve insignias, a Combat Infantryman Badge, the parachutist’s pin, a U.S. Army Air Assault Badge, and the chevron. It also contains a custom nameplate, flanked by a pair of challenge coins. The design for this framed guidon includes a linen navy blue top mat and a white bottom mat. A standard V groove surrounds the objects in the frame and provide symmetry in balance. A silver finish wood frame complements the guidon and the surrounding objects. Conservation grade framing materials that include acid-free mats and 99% UV protective glass were used in the design.
