This is a regulation size 14th Infantry Regiment 2nd Battalion Guidon. This Infantry guidon was furnished by the customer for us to custom frame. The design includes a blue suede top mat, a white middle mat, and a blue suede bottom mat. The items were placed into the Infantry guidon’s swallowtail area. The top object is the fourteenth infantry regiments, distinctive unit insignia, followed by a custom nameplate, and finally, a challenge coin. Surrounding the guidon and the objects is our signature V groove. The white areas inside the bevel cuts and from the open V-groove provide balance and symmetry. The open V-groove also provides color contrast that matches the numerals and the emblem on the guidon. Surrounding the frame is our most popular brown wood profile with metal corner caps – the most often used to profile for framing guidons. This design is similar to the designs for regulation size Infantry guidons in our e-commerce store.
