This is an example of a custom embroidered 12” x 9” cotton, U.S. Army Recruiting Guidon. The United States Army Recruiting Station Grand Rapids Guidon was custom framed for a PCS gift. The framing design for this Recruiting Guidon consists of the guidon and three objects. The guidon occupies the top position in the frame. Directly under the guidon are three objects that include: the Recruiting Command (color) patch on left, a commemorative nameplate in the center, and a U.S. Army Star patch on the right. The design for the Big Rapids Recruiting Guidon utilizes triple etched black mats. These mats contrast well with the colors in the guidon and the patches. A standard V-groove surrounds the guidon and the objects beneath the guidon. Our most popular wood guidon frame with metal corner caps completes the frame design.
