This is an example of a regulation size, custom, embroidered cotton guidon for personal use. Instead of a military branch or corps emblem occupying the center of the guidon, an oversized custom embroidered shoulder sleeve patch was substituted at the customer’s request. In this case, the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) shoulder sleeve insignia became the guidon’s emblem. The frame design for this custom Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations guidon includes triple mats. The top and bottom mats are army green. The middle mat is black. To the right of the guidon, inside the swallowtail area, are two objects. The top object is a custom commemorative nameplate. It is positioned over a U.S. Army Combat Service Identification Badge (CSIB) Special Operations Command Central. Surrounding the guidon and the two objects is an open V-groove. The black mat, which is visible through the open V-groove and the bevel cuts, matches the black on the guidon. The design for this regulation size guidon frame varies slightly from the standard frame designs available in our e-commerce store. As this illustrates, we can easily accommodate additional objects by modifying our standard guidon packages.
