This is an example of a custom framed United States Army commission certificate And Reserve Officer Training Corps Distinguished Military Graduate award with medals and a challenge coin. The design for the commission, the award, and the medals uses, double acid-free/conservation grade mats. The top mat is a blue suede mat. The bottom mat is a red suede mat. Both mats have reverse bevel cuts. The medals are mounted onto the red suede bottom mat. The documents are mounted onto acid-free release foamboard. This mounting procedure allows the documents to be removed at a future date, if desired. The commission certificate is on the left. Balancing it on the right is the graduation award and the medals. A dark Brown wood frame with metal corner caps surrounds the mats.
