Flag display Case That Contains A Flag Flown By The 15th Military Intelligence Battalion

This is an example of a custom flag case that contains a flag flown by the 15th Military Intelligence Battalion, task Force ODIN-Afghanistan in the skies above Afghanistan. This flag was flown as part of the Operation Enduring Freedom military campaign. The folded flag is approximately 5’ x 3’ in size. It is placed inside a rectangular opening at the top of the frame. The opening that holds the flag is approximately 13.375” x 5.625” in size. Beneath the flag is a certificate stating that the flag was flown in Afghanistan with the dates and details related to the time it flew. The flag is double matted. The top mat is a Navy blue silken mat. The bottom mat is a red paper mat. An open V groove surrounds the flag and its certificate. A polished silver tone wood frame surrounds the mats. This is one of many design options that are available for custom framing flags that were flown in the face of the enemy.
