Infantry Guidon Example – 100th Division Custom Framed Guidon

This is an example of a 12” x 9” nylon custom embroidered 100th Division Guidon, framed. This infantry guidon was framed using a design similar to one of our standard 12” x 9” infantry guidon designs in the e-commerce store. The 100th Division Guidon is triple matted. The top and bottom mats are a silken navy blue. The deep texture of the blue matches the blue in the guidon. The middle mat is a red suede mat that matches the red in the guidon. Beneath the guidon is a pair of challenge coins and a custom nameplate. Acid-free foamboard spacers were used to add depth and dimension to the overall appearance. An open V-groove surrounds the guidon and the objects beneath it. The white bevel cuts and the red second mat form a patriotic tribute to the 100th Division Guidon as the colors are contrasted against the blue top mat. The molding profile employed in this design includes metal corner caps. The combination of this wood moulding profile and corner caps has proven to be our most popular framing option for guidons and small objects. It is also one of the moulding choices available for any of our standard guidon packages. We invite you to view the infantry guidon packages.
